Tamiyya

500 g crushed broad beans
Rinse the beans
Soak the beans for 12 hours
1 bunch Parsley
1 bunch Coriander
1 bunch Mint leaves
1 bunch leeks
4 cloves Garlic cloves
1 med Onion
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tbsp Cumin Seed
1 tbsp Coriander seeds
1/2 tsp Red pepper
rinse and drain the beans
Chop the greens, garlic and onion
Grind beans'n greens in a blender
Add spices and salt
Refrigirate: can freeze at this point

sesame seed
Mix a little egg with some of mixture
Heat about 5cm oil in a pan
Hand shape little patties and coat with sesame seeds
Fry for 2 minutes
turn over and do 1 min other side
